Instructions
In order to start all types of returns, please contact us via email at equisbarcelona@gmail.com.
Please state your order number, reason for the return and if you would like to exchange or want to return.
When this is done, we will send you an email with the right instructions for the return shipment. We advise you to follow the instructions by our customer care team carefully to avoid any discrepancy. Items that do not match with this return policy and the instructions given by our team will not be taken into consideration.
Returns must be shipped within 5 days of the order’s delivery date. Only products without signs of use.
Return for Exchange
1. Reach out to our team via email within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the return.
2. We will help you find the perfect item/s to exchange and put them on hold for you. OR arrange a shopping credit for you to use at a future date.
3. In the meantime, you will be asked to ship your items for return back to our Atelier. (note: shipping is at the expense of the customer).
4. Once your package is received by us, we will be in touch to arrange the exchange and charge you the shipping for your new items!

Refunds
You have the right to return purchases made online within 5 days, for a full refund.
To initiate a return for refund you need to contact our team at equisbarcelona@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the shopper both inside and outside the EU.
If you’re feeling unsure about our sizing, please check the measurements in each product description and sizing diagram.
Also please note that in some product descriptions it is specified that all items are made one-of-a-kind.
We ask that you try to keep exchanges and returns to a minimum so that together we can reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary freights.
Additional Information
All returns will be processed within 5 business days of us receiving your returned items.
Please keep your shipping information once submitted. If it is seen that the delivery or the returned products are lost in the shipment, we cannot be responsible for this.
We ask that items are returned clean & unworn, without any alterations in any way.
Naturally, any non-faulty items that are returned to us not in a condition suitable for resale (i.e. used, washed, soiled or damaged), will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Equis Barcelona reserves the right to refuse any returns that are unauthorised and/or not sent in the proper way described in this policy and the detailed instructions of our customer care team.
